New parts warranted by manufacturer; used parts warranted for 30 days. Damage caused by abuse, power surge, virus, or spyware voids warranty. Alaska Computer Geeks is not responsible for keeping a copy of customer data in-shop after delivery of computer. Any saved data will be disposed of within 30 days of completion of service unless immediate disposal is requested. Alaska Computer Geeks' liability for data loss is limited to the fee of the data backup or in-shop recovery service. Any equipment left over 60 days will become the property of Alaska Computer Geeks and may be disposed of or sold to recover outstanding charges. Customer is responsible for all charges incurred during the collection of bad debts and NSF checks. All services are payable upon completion of work unless previous arrangements are made.
